Adrenal Fatigue
In my mid-thirties, a naturopath diagnosed me with adrenal fatigue. The doctor said, “I don’t know how you get up in the morning, Sue.”  How I got up in the morning was that I had work I loved and a wonderful husband. In spite of feeling worn out physically, I had gotten past the depression and was happy with my life.  So I started to seriously pursue holistic approaches – acupuncture, herbs, and improving my diet.  Improving my diet helped in the long run, but it didn't make the fatigue go away. Natural remedies for fatigue only raised my blood pressure higher.  It was complicated and I stumbled along, never finding an answer.

“I was dealing with some serious stuff at an early age in my life”
There was, of course, a precedent to my adrenal fatigue diagnosis: Heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes were all part of my family’s health legacy. I was given two diagnoses in my childhood: severe allergies by the age of 6 and severe hypertension by the age of 10.  I had numerous invasive tests done to determine the cause of the hypertension when I was 12. The doctors botched a kidney biopsy and, as a result, I had to have kidney surgery to repair the damage. From the age of 10 through my teenage years, I was on medication for the hypertension and at age 18, came within moments of dying from the side effects.

Illness from the medication threw my system out of balance. I was continually low in potassium; my electrolyte levels were never quite right. As a result, I was hospitalized several times. Living with extended allergies for so long left me worn out and depleted by my early twenties, and I had a bout with clinical depression.

“After 40, no matter what I tried, I could not get my system back …”
In my forties, emotionally, I had to live with the fact that I was a good candidate for a stroke; facing that possibility was a great spiritual challenge for me.  I was exhausted after each day and the pressure was so great in my head that it felt that if I didn’t lie down immediately, I would collapse.  This went on for years and at the same time, I tried every blood pressure medication in the book, but they all made me feel very ill.

During the spring of ’96, medical tests showed that I had NO estrogen! The tests also revealed low adrenal and thyroid function. When I tried natural hormone replacement therapy, it made me terribly ill.  Because of my symptoms, I actually came to the point where I felt desperate:  I couldn’t stop crying and had a constant hot flash. I was just so uncomfortable, with no sense that there was an answer to my problems. By August of 2006, I was more depleted than ever from daily diarrhea that lasted for months. I quit my job and did some volunteering instead.

“A friend called…Within one month, I was feeling so good that I actually began working again.”
Then one morning, a friend who had been very ill called me and shared how much better she was feeling after taking Ziquin for just one week. She gave me her wellness coach’s number, who introduced me to the Ziquin products. Immediately, I ordered the products and within one day, the diarrhea just stopped! I haven’t had it since.

Within one month, I was feeling so good that I actually began working again! I found a wonderful part-time job—it was my first time regularly out of the home in four years! I was very concerned about whether I could handle it, but I was able to handle it just fine. My fatigue just abated and overall, I just kept feeling stronger.

Four months into Ziquin, I feel great! My doctors said….
Before, when somebody would ask me, “How are you, Sue?”  My heart would always say, “Not so good” though I would just say, “Fine.”  Four months into my Ziquin program, when someone asked me how I felt, I could honestly say for the first time in my life, “I feel great!”  My blood pressure is now overall better than it's been in 40 years; frequently normal or high normal. I do not have pressure in my head anymore and my overall digestion has balanced out in 140 days.

After a few months on Ziquin, my doctor said my neurotransmitters were balanced! That means the hormonal imbalances that would contribute to depression were gone. And, I haven’t had the hot flashes. And though 18 months ago my doctor diagnosed me as pre-diabetic, my blood sugar levels are now considered normal.

Allergies no longer put me in the hospital!
Spring is the worst time for allergies where I live, but with Ziquin I went through the season with grace.  In the past, this season has put me in the emergency room! I’ve also left the area for weeks with my husband in the past to avoid the allergic reactions. Because allergy medications would make me sick, I just had to leave because the severe symptoms were unbearable. The combination of being consistent with the program for 6 months plus increasing some of my Ziquin quantities, helped get me through the season —without heavy medications, ending up in the hospital, or needing to leave the area!

What Ziquin means to me…I haven’t wasted any money on health care that didn’t work this year.
I love Ziquin — it has not only changed my life, but given it back to me. I cannot even imagine the thought of going a day without it.  Even though there are many great healing modalities out there (and I didn't mention everything I tried), nothing has even come close to putting it all together for me.

I appreciate that I don't have to try and figure out what to take anymore or what other doctor to see. I haven’t wasted any money on health care that didn't work this past year.  It's so simple: I take Ziquin every day and I keep getting better overall.  After a year, I am not there yet, but so much better.  After being physically ill most of my life, I am comfortable with the idea that it may take several more years to reverse all of the imbalances. But for the first time, I have answers with Ziquin!
