Having been in the health industry for over twenty years, the warning signs to me are obvious. Chronic degenerative diseases continue to escalate. People are now more susceptible to disease and illness than ever before. Children are increasingly diagnosed with adult onset conditions at younger and younger ages. Yet with the way medicine is still primarily practiced, the focus is on eliminating an isolated symptom or condition, not addressing the root causes underlying disease.

The commercialization of food makes for a “green harvest” where the nutrient density of produce is reduced when it is picked and shipped before it ripens. Produce is grown on soil sterilized and poisoned with pesticides and herbicides. This results in foods that have lost their nutrient density and therapeutic value.
